Cancellation & Refund Policy

Delegates or students who want to cancel their registration must notify the secretariat in writing.

• Cancellation on or before 30th June 2024: 25% of registration charges will be deducted.
• ⁠Cancellation from 1st July to 21st July 2024: 50% of registration charges will be deducted.
• ⁠No cancellation or refund after 21st July 2024.
• ⁠No refund on workshop charges.
• ⁠All refunds will be made after the conference.
